QATAR NATIONAL CEMENT CO. (QNCC)

Qatar National Cement Company was established in 1965 to produce Ordinary Portland Cement.  Today QNCC is a major producer of OPC & SRC cement, Hydrated Lime, Calcined Lime and Washed Sand in the State of Qatar.

With a view to keep pace with growth of nation, QNCC have installed Plant No. 3 in year 2007 with the capacity of 4000 t.p.d. clinker & Plant No. 4 in year 2009 with the capacity of 5000 t.p.d. clinker.

“Committed to Build Qatar” AKCC launched the Green Field Cement Project by establishing a Cement Factory that provides quality products manufactured by adopting nature friendly environment protection strategies, bringing Best Available Technology (BAT) to the nation

AKCC’s Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) is in conformance with Qatar Construction Specification(QCS) and BS12/1996 (EN-197) Standard.
